Courted offers a 30-day free trial when you sign up โ a payment method is required to start, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. After the trial:
How do I schedule a match?
Tap the + button at the top of the Home screen. You can post an open match that any player can accept, or send a direct match request to a specific player by searching their name. Set your preferred time (exact or a flexible window), choose a court, and you're set.
How do I find players to play with?
Go to the Discover tab to browse players near you. You can filter by skill level and city. Tap any player to view their profile, then follow them or send them a direct match request.
How do I join a league team?
Your team captain adds you to the team directly from within the app. If you're expecting to be on a team and don't see it in your League tab, ask your captain to add you. If you're a captain, you can create your team directly in the app โ go to the League tab and tap Create Team. You'll automatically become the captain.
How do I log a league match result?
Go to the League tab, find your match, and tap Log Score. Enter the set scores for each court and tap Save Result. You'll have the option to add up to 3 photos from the match after saving โ or tap Skip if you'd rather do it later. Photos can always be added from the match detail page in your activity feed.
How do I edit or delete a match?
For regular matches, go to the Profile tab and find the match in your history. Tap the match card to open it, then tap the pencil icon in the top right to edit the score or delete the match. For league match scores, go to the League tab, open the match, and use the edit option there.
How do I dispute a league score?
If the opposing team logged a score incorrectly, your captain can edit it directly from the match in the League tab โ tap into the match and use the score edit option. Both teams will be notified of the change. If you're still stuck, email us at support@courtedcourts.com.
How does league management work?
Captains manage everything from the League tab: creating the team, adding roster members, setting lineups, coordinating availability, exchanging lineups with the opposing team, and logging scores. Players can view their upcoming matches, mark their availability, and see match results โ all without needing a subscription.
I'm not getting notifications โ what do I do?
First, check your in-app notification settings: go to your Profile tab, tap the settings icon, and select Notification Settings. If everything looks enabled there, check your device settings. On iPhone: Settings โ Notifications โ Courted โ make sure Allow Notifications is on. On Android: Settings โ Apps โ Courted โ Notifications. Still not working? Try signing out and back in, then email us if the issue continues.
How do I update my profile or skill level?
Go to the Profile tab and tap Edit Profile. From there you can update your name, skill level, and other details.
What is Shot of the Day?
Shot of the Day is a daily tennis puzzle. Each day a new scenario is presented on a court diagram โ tap where you'd hit your shot, then confirm. You'll see how your choice scored and the optimal play explained. Check the leaderboard to see how you rank against other players.
I can't sign in โ what do I do?
On iOS, Courted supports Sign in with Apple โ make sure you're signed into your Apple ID under Settings โ Apple ID. On Android (or if you signed up with email), enter your email and password on the sign-in screen. If you've forgotten your password, tap Forgot password to reset it. If you're still stuck, email us at support@courtedcourts.com.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your Profile tab, tap the settings icon, and select Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Is Courted available on Android?
Yes! Courted is available on both iOS and Android.
